The Grand Raid BCVs is much more than a race, it’s a unique adventure in the heart of the Alps. Every year, it brings together mountain bike enthusiasts in an exceptional setting. Today, the event is looking to the future, exploring innovative solutions to enrich the experience for participants, strengthen the impact for its partners and energize the regions it crosses.

Who can participate?
The SpArk LAB is open to any individual, team, start-up, company, student, research institute, association or industrial group – from Switzerland or abroad – wishing to submit, challenge, test, validate and develop an innovative solution or concept.
Participation conditions
Submit a prototype solution that can be tested in real-life conditions (commercial solutions are not accepted),
Prove the relevance of the solution to the chosen theme,
Demonstrate business development potential.
Themes
Applications must present innovative solutions focusing on the following themes:
Digitalization and immersion
How do you leverage technology to enrich the Grand Raid experience? Whether it’s augmented reality, live tracking, interactive content or engaging platforms, we’re looking to make the race more immersive for participants and spectators alike.
Community experience and engagement
How can we extend the Grand Raid adventure before, during and after the race? We want to federate a passionate community around the event, by developing tools and experiences that strengthen interaction and loyalty among participants.
Promoting the regions and the route
How can we promote mountain biking in the destinations crossed by the Grand Raid? We’re looking for ideas to tell the story of the route, promote mountain biking and partner destinations, and keep the adventure alive well beyond race day.
Mobility and intelligent logistics
How can we optimize the movement of participants, spectators and teams for a smoother, more sustainable experience? We’re looking for innovative solutions to simplify access to different areas of the course while minimizing environmental impact.
